Since TSU-IC offers programs in English, proficiency in the English language is essential for all applicants. The general language requirements are as follows:
 
• English Proficiency Tests: Applicants are required to demonstrate proficiency in English through one of the following standardized tests:

TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language): Minimum score of 500 (paper-based) or 61 (internet-based) for undergraduate programs.

IELTS (International English Language Testing System): Minimum score of 5.5 for undergraduate programs or 6.0 for postgraduate programs.

TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication): Minimum score of 600 (for undergraduate) or 700 (for postgraduate) may be accepted depending on the program.

 
• English Language Exemption: Applicants may be exempt from submitting language test scores if they:

Are native speakers of English.

Have completed previous education in English.

Have a degree or diploma from an institution where the medium of instruction was English.
